We partner with organizations to imagine and operationalize liberation for their staff and communities. Through a greater understanding of systems of power and oppression, organizations can align their structures, practices, and relationships to reflect liberatory values.

We believe that all things liberation are a practice. Because of the ways that we are enmeshed in systems of power & privilege, we must be disciplined in actively working against them and having hope that we can attain liberation. We approach this work with gentle directness, knowing that folks learn at different rates and in different ways. We center community, with the needs of the most marginalized identities at the core.
